A movement dedicated to restoring the constitutional rights of Americans with felony convictions

Reclaiming Constitutional Rights

The Constitutional Foundation

The Bill of Rights established ‘Declaratory and Restrictive Clauses’ designed to protect the inherent rights of all citizens. Our movement is founded on the principle that these rights were intended to be INVIOLATE for every American throughout their lives, even after serving a sentence for a criminal conviction.

Understanding Your Constitutional Rights

The Bill of Rights established protections that were intended to be maintained for all citizens

The First Amendment

Protects freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and the right to petition the government. These fundamental freedoms were designed to be maintained for all citizens regardless of past convictions.

Affirms the individual right to keep and bear arms. The Supreme Court confirmed this as an individual right in 2008, yet many with past convictions face permanent restrictions to this constitutional protection.

Requires due process of law, including indictment by a grand jury for serious crimes. This amendment was designed to prevent the wholesale ‘felonization’ of citizens for non-violent, non-sexual, and non-treasonous acts.

Guarantees that states cannot abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens, nor deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. This reinforces that constitutional rights should be protected at both federal and state levels.

Join Our Movement Today

Together, we can restore constitutional rights and create meaningful change. With an estimated 40 million Americans affected, our collective voice has the power to drive legislative reform.
